Job description:

We have an exciting opening for a Fulfilment Clerk to join our Online Department, based at our Kloof Store in Cape Town.


The successful incumbent should have an interest in the wellness industry, be results driven, conscientious, work well in a team and have excellent communication.


As the Fulfillment Clerk you will be responsible for fulfilling online customer orders in a timely manner and ensuring all quality standards are met.

Main Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Processing of customer transactions, refunds and returns on the online till point
Maintaining accuracy and preventing shrinkage through checking prices and codes scanned correctly match one another
Checking expiry dates when invoicing ensuring correct products are scanned for delivery
Cashing up at day end on online till point
May be required to assist with online customer queries
Various other duties as and when reasonably required

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Cashier experience
Customer Service Experience beneficial
Computer literate
Basic telephone etiquette
Basic Maths
Strong Admin
Attention to detail
