Our client in the media industry is recruiting for an Accounts/Personal assistant to fill a dual role within their company. This is a 6month contract with the opportunity of going permanent.
Job Description:
Manage Staff / Queries / Payroll / Attendance registers
Update financial spreadsheets
Maintain & update financial files updated
Adhoc tasks
Scheduling meetings
Booking Flights
Booking vehicles
Booking restaurants
Keep Assets register updated
Ensure that all insurances / policies are in line and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:Must have bookkeeping / Accounting experience.
Must have driversβ license
Level-headed
Strong
Excellent Communication skills
Works well under pressure
Can meet deadlines
Detail orientated
