Membership Consultant-Planet Fitness

Planet Fitness is adding on to our existing Team club in Cape Town CBD and are looking for a motivated a sales-driven team.

Requirements:
Matric certificate essential and or relevant sales and marketing qualification
1-2 years solid experience as a sales consultant or within a similar sales environment
Have a proven track record of building successful and sustainable relationships through networking
You must have a passion for customers and putting customers at the heart of every sale
Be self-disciplined and be able to work independently as well as within a team
Must be able to prioritize through effective time management
Must be computer literate
You will need to be exceptionally well groomed and be an ambassador for the brand
Your written and verbal communication skills must be clear, professional and articulate
You must exude confidence
You must be able to deal with clients at an executive level

Be a super active listener and problem solver
Have a great understanding of time and selling through service
You need to be passionate about health and fitness
Own reliable transport is prerequisite due to the nature of the role

We are looking for motivated, driven individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service and achieving sales targets. In order to excel in this position you will need experience in the following areas:

o Have a good understanding of the market and demographics of the club environment to effectively communicate the key message to the market
o Expand and build great relationships with potential and current members through networking across members and actively prospecting of new potential clients within the area which the club provides its service.
o Setting up face to face appointments with new potential members
o Invite potential members for club visits
o Taking potential members on tour of club, advise on facilities and services offered
o Do thorough needs analysis of potential members requirements in order to be able to advise on what the club can offer in order to meet these needs
o Close the deals
o Perform administrative functions when signing new members and all sales related report documentation.
