Internal Sales/ Administrator

Our client based in Elandsfontein requires an energetic, eager and self motivated sales assistant/ Administrator to join their company.

Minimum Requirements:
Computer literate: Microsoft outlook, excel, word, power point
Pastel Evolution (Advantageous)
Candidate must be teachable and energized to gain experience in the sales department.
Self-motivated to sell and market the company products to its existing customer base. (Internal only)
Great soft skills especially telephone manners and how to handle difficult situations over the telephone.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Good people skills to communicate with clients and internal departments.
Own vehicle and valid drivers’ license.
Job specifications:
Phoning and capturing of orders on a daily basis to existing customers.
Promoting specials to existing customers.

Assist in generating truck picking slips and route planning.
Assist in printing invoices and other administrative duties.
Assist in general administrative duties including some financial duties.
Reporting:
Reporting straight to the financial manager.
Training:
A need analysis will be drawn up, but the candidate will receive extensive training and must therefore be teachable. Training includes (Advance Excel, VIP payroll, Evolution)
