About the Role
Leads the team-members and coordinates the activities regarding the performance and execution of defined range of shared services tasks related to daily, operational HR activities according to guidelines and procedures for LC South Africa and all assigned countries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting : The includes all standard reporting, adhoc report, government/legislative reporting, HR Reporting Landscape, any required presentations
2. Oversee the Travel and Entertainment: Leads the team-members and coordinates the activities regarding the performance and execution of defined range of (administrative) tasks related to travel & expenses activities according to guidelines and procedures
3. Oversee Performance and Reporting function : Leads the team-members and coordinates the activities regarding the performance and execution of tasks related to performance & reporting activities according to guidelines and procedures
4.Responsible for HR systems portfolio, including CHCM delivery and maintenance
5. May be required to participate in any HR Shared Services Projects
What do I need to Qualify?
A minimum of 3-5 years experience fulfilling a similar function within a corporate or engineering environment
A minimum of 3-5 years experience within a team leader/management functions
Knowledge and Skills
1. Good working knowledge of HR Systems
2. Good commercial expertise
3. Good written and verbal skills (in a business environment)
