What you can expect
Responsible for monitoring E-Coat bath parameters as per BASF operational manual, testing of e-coat bath sample & up-dating graphs daily. Report any e-Coat defect or any irregularities to Team Leader. Coordinate stock usage / ordering & deliveries. Attend MBSA shift meetings and work with-in the team to resolve any issues that may accrue. Core responsibilities will include the following:

Maintaining and developing customer relationship at respective OEM
Identifying and implementing improvements to OEM processes
Accurate on-time reporting (e.g. weekly / monthly report)
Reporting all NCM’s to Team Leader
Reporting any irregularities to sales & industry manager
Active on-line representation at customer & stand-in for additional shifts in case of emergencies
Interacting and cooperating with relevant internal interfaces / service units

Operational guidance of respective Team Leader & SIM
Monitoring batch changes for any irregularities via Lab testing
Monitoring supply chain & daily deliveries – call-off’s
Ensuring E-Coat bath operates within specification at all times.
Sending small bath samples twice a month and one 10kg sample once a month
Monitoring E-Coat Bath as per BASF operational manual

What we expect
Work experience in analytical laboratories & E-Coat background
Fluent English (written and oral)
Experience in respective industry
Network in related industry
