A well-established Financial Service Provider is seeking a System Administrator in Midran
Role Purpose:
This role involves being a member of a team responsible for the overall support of the Customer Interaction Centre, ensuring its contribution to the overall efficiency and productivity of the Business Environment. Role may be based at either Midrand or Braamfontein on different days.
Responsibilities:
Maintains and supports the CIC platform that comprises of the applications Customer Interaction Centre
Responsible for the overall administration/development of the Customer Interaction and Voice/Text Analytics platform
Tier 3 level support for Customer interaction centre
Testing and monthly audits on all systems
Run reports and stats for the call centre managers as needed and as required
Ensure the dialler campaigns are loaded with leads
User creation on CIC and TIA environments
Active Directory administration
Minimum Requirements
Matric/Grade 12/NQF 4
Degree IT/Development related
IP Telephony related Qualification
SQL related qualification
Experience with CallMiner or Pure connect is an Advantage
2years experience in an IT support/Sys Admin related role
Experience with Telephony/Business Workflow systems role is an advantage
Working knowledge of VOIP/SIP
Working knowledge of SQL/Web Services/APIs
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Win7, 10, Server, SQL)
Working knowledge of Network Infrastructure
Working knowledge of Domain, Exchange, Active Directory
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (2010, 365)
