We are looking for Fire Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
MAIN DUTIES
Scheduling / coordination of service work; scheduled maintenance, dispatching techs, service logistics, prioritizing
Regular interaction with field staff – inform clients if tech is running late
Client liaison and customer query resolution
Daily follow-up on open calls / queries and updates on service registers and trackers
Daily courtesy calls and feedback on queries / complaints
Submission of service quotations as required
General administration and report updates – Sage & Other
Timeous and accurate completion / submission of documentation & reports
Resolving job card queries and closing of outstanding job cards
Capturing, controlling and minimizing repeat calls
Assist with van stocktakes with technicians
Assist with monthly vehicle and tools inspections
Assist with monthly stock count
Ensure compliance to policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS & POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Senior Certificate/Grade 12
Prior coordination experience required – min.2-years
Must have SAGE experience with strong administration ability
Must be computer literate
Must have excellent knowledge of Windows Office – Word and Excel
Good organisational skills
Must have excellent telephone skills
