Qualifications
•Matric
•Relevant Financial Degree/Diploma

Experience
•At least two years’ experience in a finance department
•SAP experience advantageous

Knowledge
•Knowledge of creditors


Skills
•Computer literacy – MS Office with well-developed Excel skills
•Good communication skills


Job objectives
•Reconciliation of supplier accounts
•Capture non-stock purchases for branches
•Compiling and sending out weekly reports to branches
•Investigating reasons for unmatched invoices, doing corrections and matching of invoices
•Follow up and assist branches with unresolved queries
•Liaising with suppliers and branches
•Act as backup for other finance staff when on leave
