Purpose of Role:
You will be required to provide customers and Sales with a service that meets and exceeds their expectations.
To establish end to end service from quotations, ordering, delivery and Accounts receivable.
Responsibilities
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Produce and manage customer quotations, orders and request
Be the first point of contact for clients and respond to any request
Quotes, orders, financial, Logistics or any operational issues
Provide regularly status updates on quotes, orders and delivery
Ensure orders placement and to obtain current delivery times and provide POD reports
Liaise with internal salespeople to discuss any current client issues
Completion of daily trackers/work in progress reports.
Responsibility to deliver within SLA 95% and FTR 98%
To effectively and efficiently own and manage any customer queries or escalations until resolution is passed to you from the sales or management team
Qualifications
Skills Profile:
Provide excellent customer Service
Quoting and ordering experience
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and analytical skills โ written and verbal
Clear & Concise Communication Skills
Ability to Multi task and plan
Understand a sense of urgency, know how to prioritize
Self- Motivated
Ability to multitask and deal with high level of pace and stress
Proven Reliability
