Customer Services Co-ordinator ( Internal Sales)

Corruseal, is an independent and owner managed Corrugating and Converting Company based in Faure. The vacancy of Customer Services Co-ordinator exists within our Internal Sales Department (Supply Chain). The successful candidate must be a good communicator, self-motivated, dedicated and a team player. Must be able respond quickly and efficiently to all sales queries and orders and ensure that all administration is accurate and processed. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to make the client experience a success.

Key Performance Areas:

Process all orders received
Must be able to respond quickly and efficiently to all sales queries – turnaround time – same day
Administration of document flow – ensure efficient tracking system of all paper work
Qualification & Experience:
*

Matric
Minimum of three year’s working experience in a Corrugating Environment
Sales Experience
Ability to multi-task, meet deadline and work under pressure

High computer literacy
Outlook and excel skills valuable
Previous experience ERP system
Ability to converse in English and Afrikaans
