Customer Service Agent-Relianz Foods CC

Relianz Foods is a well establish business in the Food Service Industry. Supplying bulk baking & Catering ingredients to the Food Service and Industrial baking industry.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team and become a important part of our operations. The ideal candidate will be customer driven with a positive attitude and looking to grow relationships with customers.
You would need to have excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask as things get busy.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for outbound and inbound calls and emails alike.
Processing customer orders and back orders daily.
Increasing customer spend by: Upselling, cross selling and promoting new product lines.
Liaising with internal departments making sure tasks are completed where applicable.
Informing customers of no stocks and offering alternatives as well as informing customers of when stock will or has arrived.
Lead passing to field sales team.
Assisting with client queries, complaints and concerns.

Data capturing when needed.
Additional projects / tasks to be completed as per the business needs.
Meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly KPI’s set out by management.
Build new and maintain existing customer relations.
Experience Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years experience in Food Service industry
Strong general knowledge of industry
Must have excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
