A Global Market Leader for lifestyle management concierge services has an exciting opportunity, Customer Service Consultant. If you are passionate about quality customer service then this is the role for you.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for handling high volume calls and need to engage with the member to understand their needs, interests and requirements in order to connect the member with the appropriate department or specialist.

Minimum Requirements:

Upbeat and energetic individuals who are passionate about quality customer service.
Ideally, previous experience working in customer service handling a high volume of calls.
Engaging individuals who love getting to know our member to better understand their needs, interests and requirements to best handle their inquiry.
People who can use their initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of our members.
Someone to build a relationship and gain the trust of our customers.
Minimum qualification and experience:

Matric

3 -5 years customer service experience gained within an inbound environment
Must be willing to work shifts and weekends
Excellent command of the English Language and business writing skills.
