Candidate Requirements

Core competency:

Minimum Grade 12
Excellent communication skills
Computer literacy (non negotiable)
Persuasive, calm telephone manner
Team Player
1 year customer service experience within a call centre or similar

Problem solver and excellent problem solving skills
Confident under pressure

Handling customer inbound queries
Capturing of clients personal details for escalation and resolution
Empathetic and customer focused approach (the human factor in a digital experience)
Speed for resolution

Salary: R5000 per month - transport provided as shift is from 1am-8am - shift work with 2-3 days off per week.
