Job overview:
Provide an effortless Customer Experience that will build customer loyalty and increase revenue.
Working in a multi-channel customer support environment to answer and deal with Customer enquiries and complaints in line with business SLA and by promoting the companies’ online as the primary offer, process orders correctly, load new contacts and identify leads. This role requires that you back-up other functions within the Customer Experience Department and respective territories.
Requirements
ü Matric/Grade 12
ü Customer Service/Call Centre qualification
ü 2 years’ + related experience within a technical product environment
ü Experience in dealing with different types of customers and enquiries as well as complaint handling
ü Working knowledge of SAP
ü Must be available to commence employment immediately
