A customer services executive is responsible for providing a high quality service to customers by answering all requests for assistance in a timely and professional manner and according to defined protocols in this high pressure medical industry.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic, high-energy, organized, and able to support cross-functional coordination in a fast pace environment and possess excellent judgment. They will be required to be available during regular business hours, evenings and/or weekends
REQUIREMENTS:
โข Matric with relevant tertiary qualification (minimum of Matric + 3 years)
โข A working knowledge of CRM technology
โข MUST be Computer Literate and proficient in the usage of computer software including databases
โข Excellent communication at all levels
โข Excellent written and spoken English a Foreign Language will be beneficial Portuguese Preferable!!
โข Manage all contacts accurately and timeously and according to company standards
โข Coordinate and manage each case utilizing internal resources and third party providers
โข Strict adherence to SOPโs
โข Handovers to next shift through comprehensive daily transmissions
โข Escalation of cases as required
โข Internal and external communication and relationship management
โข Liaison with senior management and medical personnel as required
โข Maintain clear and accurate case records
โข Work as part of a shift pattern (06:00 โ 15:00/09:00 โ 18:00/12:00 โ 21:00)
โข Managing financial aspect of cases to reduce billing queries
