YOUR MISSION

The Customer Sales Administrator is responsible for the support of back-end sales administration through the effective processing of sales orders and managing the Order book for Cobra-PUMA Golf customers to achieve highest possible conversion rate from order to invoiced sales.

1. Creating sales orders (immediate and future)

2. Maintaining the order book for Golf across all divisions and sales groups

3. Liaising with customers on order update

4. Submitting RA’s (return authorization) for returned stock

5. Liaising with finance and Sales Reps, to ensure orders are completed

6. Generating open sales to invoiced sales


YOUR TALENT

Matric & advanced computer skills. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Good communication & Interpersonal skills. Persuasive, firm, confident and able to work in a team. Sensitive to customers` needs and requirement.
