The Retail Coordinator form the support and monitoring function of the Retail Supply-chain. Through the development and monitoring of: buying and supplier conformance, supply-chain and consumer analytics and project support, the Retail Coordinator will ensure that the flow of goods into and out of the business is optimized. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone that wants to further their career in retail fashion supply-chain. The role will involve proactively providing insight into managing stock levels and suppliers, ensuring product is delivered at the right time, in the right quantity with full adherence to business and customer stock holding requirements.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
Assist Retail Operations Manager in monitoring and expediting flow of products, while ensuring prioritization and timely processing of all incoming inventory
Distribute escalation reports and monitor stock discrepancies
Monitoring and escalating risk of stock delivery to Plan
Create non-sellable stock receipts analysis report resulting in weekly vendor RA approval
Action write-offs in line with agreed process
Create and monitor weekly returns analysis reports
Monitoring service provider lead-times (TCW, TAL) and providing visibility on forecasts and capacity planning
Capacity management - SOH against Plan/Forecast, Seasonality prioritization
Manage and monitor metrics for Key Performance Indicators and vendor performance scorecards - supplier performance analysis for on-time performance, quality rejects, fill rate, order drop overview/customer returns and share with Buying team
Demand planning - Stock balancing IBTs and intake analysis
Support the execution of projects related to retail operations, analysis, roll-out, incubation of roll-out to business
Ad-hoc retail supply-chain and root-cause analysis
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Relevant Degree, and 3 years relevant experience gained in a fashion or ecommerce environment
Analytical and strong understanding of processes and optimization
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills specifically regarding building relationships with
Numerate with strong computer literacy with an understanding of project management
Advanced knowledge of Excel essential
Excellent eye for detail and organisational skills
Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines
Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
Ability to identify problems, demonstrate use of initiative and implement appropriate solutions
