Responsibilities:
Respond personally to customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally
Efficiently utilise your tools and resources to reduce friction and complexity for customers
Constantly strive to improve customer satisfaction and add value to customers
Escalate unresolved issues and engage management and/or technical team appropriately
Act as an advocate for the customer within the scope of company policies and procedures
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
Perform your daily work with autonomy

Requirements
Two years of customer support or telesales experience
Track record of over-achieving quotas and performance goals
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Ability to handle escalations with care and diplomacy
Ability to demonstrate strong influencing and customer satisfaction skills
Ability to consistently deliver results despite competing priorities and distractions
Relentlessly high-quality standards and extreme attention to detail
An ability to work in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity is the norm
Preferred:
Bachelorβs degree
A passion for cars
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Experience in the automotive industry or at a financial services provider
