Key responsibilities:

- Build a close relationship with some of our clients to become able to anticipate their needs, remind them how our products and services could assist them. This also requires building up an excellent knowledge of our forecasting service.

- Respond promptly to client enquiries and diligently maintaining our corporate client database.

- Ensure that clients utilise our forecasting services optimally. This includes arranging meetings and presentations by our specialists as well as coordinating arrangements for our conferences and other events.

- You will also become our IT go-to-person, maintaining the basics of our IT server and network, learning to trouble shoot basic apps and database queries.

Minimum requirements:

- Academic university degree

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

- Have high client service orientation

- Basic IT knowledge and interests

- At least a B for Matric English or proven written English skills.

Advantageous:

- Previous experience in client services

- Interest in global and economic affairs

- IT experience

Remuneration: Negotiable - depending on experience, skills and qualifications
