Medipost Pharmacy is seeking to recruit Contact Centre Consultants to handle all inbound and outbound calls for the Western Cape Central Distribution Unit (WC CDU) customers.

Primary purpose of the job

Administration tasks completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Retrieve calls as requested, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Courtesy calls handled professionally and with very strict confidentiality within SOPโ€™s and SLA.
Assist with inbound and outbound calls and any other ad-hoc duties requested from management.
Resolve calls logged by Facilities within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines
Record calls logged by Facilities onto the Query Log as per SLA
Escalate clinical queries to relevant qualified personnel
Specific Requirements/Other important information

Ability to prioritize large work load

Ability to maintain policy guideline with in pressured situations
Ability to act independently
Ability to accept and take charge of projects allocated on short notice
Willingness to work overtime during high pressure periods
Stand-in for CDU Document Workflow Supervisor
Compulsory training or other ad-hoc operational requirements

MINIMUM

IDEAL

QUALIFICATIONS

Grade 12
Learner Post Basic Assistant
Certificate / Diploma in Business / Administration Management , Marketing or Customer Services Management (or study towards)
Must be able to speak 3 South African languages
EXPERIENCE

1-2 years in a customer services role.
Computer literacy.
Fluently speaks English and Afrikaans
Knowledge of Western Cape Central Distribution Unit (WC CDU) and or Medipost Operations and processes 1-2 Years
Computer Literate
Microsoft Office (Excel โ€“ Basic to Intermediate)
Additional African languages will be an advantage
LICENSING & ACCREDITATION

Registered as SAPC
TRAINING REQUIRED

Training on company systems (e.g. Medipost APP, ESS, Eco-Time,), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPโ€™s), Company Policies and Procedures, WC CDU SLA, Ongoing soft-skills development training(in-house), Personal Development Plan, Presence System, MITEL Handset
