Collections Team Leader

Employer: Star Personnel
City. R20 –R25k CTC. Require person with Matric and 2- 5 yrs experience as a Collections Supervisor or Collections Team leader within the consumer or retail (30 days) environment. Must have a mentoring mindset and previous experience managing a team. We are looking for somebody who can build a career with this company and work towards a management position. Will manage early stage recovery and customer retention in a fast pace environment where things change continuously.

Candidate Requirements
Optimal debt recovery will obviously be a focus point coupled with previous experience with collections outsourcing. Managing a team of people must come naturally as well as thinking on your feet.
