Manage and improve entire dialler process
Analyse loan flow and implement dialer efficiencies.
Improve scheduled call back facility by implementing required changes.
Design Wall Board and set up TAT management.
Reconfigure IVR to multifunctional tool.
Incorporate doc chaser dialling and multi-level dialling
Configure algorithm to ensure effective dialling and blending
Blend entire environment (design improved call flow)
Design and implement interface changes
Design reports
Design flow for invalid dialling
Design List Priority flow based on historic information
Requirements:

2 Years Dialler experience
