Call Center / Customer Service

Our Company is Urgently looking for Competent Candidates to Join our team( Call Centre) and start working immediately. Many Companies, Cellular, Banks And Insurance Institutes.

Roles:

Proactively make outgoing and recieve incoming calls to and from customers
Deal with problems and complaints such as delays, cancellations and explain processes to customers and assisting them when necessary and meeting their needs
Work in a team
Respond to customers both Telephonically and in email.
Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Very Strong communication in English – speak, read and writeNo experience
No Experience Required as Training will Be provided.
