Looking for a young, energetic, well- groomed and sophisticated Telesales Rep to join our firm:

Duties

· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
· Increase turnover of existing customers across the entire account base by up selling.
· Inform customers of new products/brands.
· New business development to get new clients on board.
· Advise clients on best purchases and keep up to date and informed of the current products.
· Understand customer needs and requirements.
· Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
· Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
· Maintain GP performance.

· Various administrative duties.

Requirements

Grade 12/ Matric – essential
· Food Industry knowledge and experience essential.
· 1 to 2 years Telesales / Telemarketing experience
· Well spoken and excellent telephone etiquette
· Strong Sales and cold calling
· Strong Customer service experience
· Ability to deal with high call volumes and emails
· Ability to reach and exceed company budget targets
· Professional and well presented
· Must have contactable references
· Must have a stable track record
· Clear criminal record;
· Non- smoker
· Hardworking with a strong work ethic
· Adhere to all quality policies, procedures and requirements.
· Adhere to all health and safety legal requirements and company procedures.
