Call Centre consultants/ Customer Service

Communication &Telephone;Etiquette as key skills Required. Our Company Is In need Of Call Centre Agents /Customer Service Agents To take Up positions In our Inbound Section. Required Candidate should be well versed with Excellent Customer Interactions skills.
Minimum Requirement Grade 11 to 12

Candidates will be Allocated to perform different Roles In Banks, Telecommunication Entities Airport and below are some of the duties

Answering Incoming Calls
Booking Appointments
Ticketing Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method tools
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
