Requirements
A relevant Bachelor’s degree or National diploma
1-2 years relevant experience
A valid driver’s licence
Computer proficiency (MS Office and SAP)
Key Performance Areas
Align and implement the Business Area Management’s business
plan according to legislative requirements and standard practice.
Coordinate area management activities within the business
district and residential areas.

Communicate results of research and investigation to
stakeholders.
Communicate specialised knowledge of legislation, laws,
policies and procedures to internal and external stakeholders.
Respond to enquiries and resolve problems.

Control and monitor budget allocations.
