Web Designer (Senior)

Cape Town Southern Suburbs based software development company is in search of a Senior Web Designer with a combination of 4 years solid development experience and a love for design.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

The design and implementation of web-based front ends
Oversight of the design of all web-based projects
Ensure that web projects are delivered on time and according to specification
Work with the design team in the production of user interface designs and wire-frames
Manage a team of junior web designers, providing mentoring, training and assistance as required
Produce web-design artefacts and web-site mock-ups for use in client proposals
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Excellent HTML5 and CSS3 knowledge
Excellent understanding of responsive and mobile design
Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously

Good team management skill
Good understanding of UX
Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery and SPA frameworks advantageous
