Our client is looking for a young and dynamic graduate who has a keen interest in the Wealth Management industry and looking to align themselves with a professional and respected company.

As a Wealth Management Associate, you will provide administrative support to a Wealth Manager in all aspects of their client portfolio. You will form part of a team of Wealth Management Associates and other professionals to ensure continuous learning and development.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare detailed financial needs analysis for clients
Effective deal processing with the minimum turnaround time
Prepare and maintain files according to the client file procedure.
Ensuring service calls are made as per the segmentation schedule requirements.
Task function on Xplan to be used for all activities.
Ensure tasks are signed off every task meeting with Wealth Manager and handed to Wealth Management Co-ordinator.
Adding assets on IPS on Xplan
Preparing investment overviews

Assist Wealth Manager with client seminars
Professional use of communication tools with clients and institutions.
Knowledge of the requirements of industry products
Collation of wealth management reports for client visits based on client segmentation
Ensure 100% compliance with FAIS and FICA
Keep up to date with industry standards and legislation.
Ensure advice records are correct first time.
Key requirements:

B.Com / equivalent degree
Basic knowledge of FICA, FAIS and financial needs analysis
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
Interest in completing a CFP or pursuing a career path in Wealth Management
