Key Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to win, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned Distribution accounts and their partners, working in alignment with local and EMEA teams.
Enable Distribution sales and pre-sales with Enterprise Stack Server , Networking and Storage across all 5 Distributors.
Key focus on Dell Value Business & developing relationships with Distributors and their Channel Partners leveraging their resources to develop pipeline and revenue.
Plan and execute business plans to build out sales, pre-sales and delivery capabilities
Identify focus partners to jointly target with Distribution and proactively work with these partners as well as the Distributor

Enable Distribution sales and pre-sales with competitive Enterprise solutions and tactics
Achieve Revenue Quota and build strong pipeline.
Develops, motivates and coordinates Dell sales team and Channel sales team to optimize sales execution. Skillfully negotiates with others to achieve desired results and meet customer needs.
Identifies appropriate products and services to meet the full range of the Distribution needs. Identifies cost effective and practical alternatives for the customer by bundling products/service โ€œsolutionsโ€ to maximize Dellโ€™s opportunity while meeting customerโ€™s needs.
Identifies opportunities for Distribution & Channel Partners to fill a geographic or vertical coverage gap.
Need to enable and do business development within those distributors
Engagement at all levels
Has good understanding of pricing models an assist partners with Dell internal quoting systems
Link with marketing to drive relevance and marketing capability
Drive the programmatic requirements of the enterprise space

Essential Requirements

Extensive experience with Distribution and Channel partners
Good understanding of enterprise space
Strong communication and presentation skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and leadership team
Ability to work independently in matrix environment
Strong influencing skills
Strong relationship building skills
