Front Desk Agent with 5* experience is required for deluxe Hotel

SCOPE:
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk and co-ordinate with various other departments in order to ensure personalised, prompt and flawless service to all guests.
The position will also act as a ‘One Point Contact’ for all in-house guests, in case of guest requests, complaints or any other feedback

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
2-3 years in a similar position in comparable hotels
Graduates from reputed hotel management schools
Vast hotel front desk and computer experience in the hospitality industry
In-depth knowledge of all emergency procedures
Extensive knowledge of check-in and check-out procedures
Familiarity with daily hotel occupancy reports, status of rates and rooms available

Ability to manage stressful situations calmly
Good communication skills
