Travel Consultant

Our client requires the services of a Travel Consultant
Key performance areas:

Ensure 100% data accuracy
Accurate billing instructions and values on all vouchers
Benchmarking: accurate cost savings for Air, Cars, Hotels
Exception reporting: correct selection of exception codes
Adhere to client SLA – align travel request to client travel policy
Meet and exceed client expectations
Proactive engagement with clients
The successful candidate must have:

Matric with Galileo certificate
2 – 4 years’ experience in travel industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
Presentable and neat appearance
Must have a good understanding of fares and ticketing (Training and support will be given in this regard)
Must have a basic understanding of mathematics
Must be adaptable and willing to learn
