Key Purpose of the Role:

Be responsible for the Support and Implementation of the BMC Discovery Technology across our client portfolio.

Main Accountabilities:

Be seen as a subject matter expert in Data Centre monitoring techniques and optimization
Operates across functional disciplines of an account to ensure successful implementation and support of the product set
Actively lead the overall planning and management of the multi-faceted components of the Software within a specified account

Define and implement the ongoing and long-term strategic management of the product within the client base, which includes planning, monitoring, and recording software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
Provide consultancy expertise across the organisation, with specific reference to Architecture imperatives and Project Delivery.
Desired Skills and Experience

3 - 5 years of IT industry experience.
Commercial degree (Hons) or diploma preferred.
Experience and background- translation of technical requirements into outcomes
Solid and extensive Technology domain/discipline understanding.
Team Player
Other

Must be prepared to travel outside of South Africa
Preference will be given to candidates with working knowledge and/or certification of BMC Discovery
