Here’s what you can expect to be doing in the role:



Manage a team while responding to Group Talent Acquisition needs

Plan and manage Talent Acquisition Campaigns and communicating with the stakeholders

Review and recommend tools needed in the role



Requirements:

A little about who you are:



7 years Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience

Strong interest in digital space

Experience in role profiling, competency framework and strategy

Competent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint


You will have mastered these traits:



Professional, energetic, dynamic and positive team player with great business acumen

Strong interpersonal skills and great relationship building ability

Clear communicator with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels – both verbal and written

Strong problem-solving skills with effective decision-making

Take ownership, be accountable and reliable

A high degree of integrity and transparency

Excellent planning, organizational and prioritisation skills
