Store Manager, Retail, Canal Walk

Our well-established Retail client is looking for a Store Manager with 3-5 years experience as a Store Manager

Salary: R 10 000 CTC including Pension. + commission on store sales

Requirements:

Matric
3-5 Years’ experience in a Retail management role
Ability to work retail hours (Shift rotation)
Excellent written and verbal skills
Neat, organized and well Groomed
Ability to work under pressure

Duties and Responsibilities include but are NOT limited to:

Manage and monitor all operation in retail store environment
Perform all daily administrative functions including cash transaction, store operation and ordering of stock
Prepare statistics and ensure compliance and discipline to all company standards
Maintain and identify all efficient selling standards for retail environment
Manage and order stock for store and ensure compliance to budget amount
Customer services
Training of staff
