purpose
Maintains an efficient skills development administration service working with the Skills Development Facilitator to update organisational skills development plans, reports, programmes and projects.
experience and qualifications
ETDP Certificate or Diploma.
Business administration.
SABPP, Association of skills development facilitators of SA.
3 to 5 years Learning and Development Experience.

responsibilities
Audit the learning function in terms of tax rebates (IT180), FSC categories. Identifies and escalates potential risks that may lead to increased costs.
Delivers customer service through adherence to quality service standards.

Provides advice to business and supports the Skills Development Facilitator.
Works closely with Skills Development Facilitator and represents the Skills Development Facilitator when required.
Checks, analyses, and updates learning and development policies in line with regulations and group policies.
Compiles skills development reports and Workplace skills Plan in partnership with Skills development Facilitator.
Ensures operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards. Provide information to the SDF related to skills development. Checks and reviews all SETA documentation on behalf of the Skills Development Facilitator. Prepare documentation for SDF to claim skills development levies and tax rebates. Collate and store data related to skills development. Prepare documentation for learnership and pivotal grants.
Works with enhanced processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiencies. Ensures that quality standards are adhered to. Maintains accurate activity reports. Co-ordinates Training Committee.
Manage development to increase competencies of self.
