To provide administrative services to clients by attending to transactional, lending and investment needs to achieve Nedbanks' strategic focus to become a client-centric bank.




Job Responsibilities


Pre-registration Administration: Administration and control of credit approval process. Ensure conveyancing files are opened in line with agreed format. Ensure all documentation and correspondence is prepared accurately and professionally at all times.
Post-registration administration: Administration and control of cancellations, releases, and variation processes. Manage day to day administrative duties including clearing open items, arrears and ensure filing is up to date.
Data and systems integrity: Ensure that SAP data is loaded correctly, accurately and is current at all times.
Documentation quality and maintenance: Manage and prepare all required correspondence and documentation, accurately and professionally. All documents received from the client must be checked and returned to client/attorney for correction where required.
Reporting: Assist with the compilation of regular and ad hoc administration and operations reports. Maintain an up-to-date 'work in progress' report on call current deals.
Compliance/Risk: Ensure that all legislative and procedural aspects are complied with, in terms of credit, legal, valuation, FICA, as well as department processes and procedures.



Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate


Preferred Qualification


LLB; BCom Law




Minimum Experience Level

2-3 years experience in a client relationship role in financial industry
