Showroom Consultant

My client based in Sandton is looking for a Showroon Consultant to join their team.

As a wholsale supplier of quartz, granite and marble surfaces you will form part of the Marketing Team. This position will entail taking on the role of a showroom manager as well as a Leads Protector.

In order to be successful in this position you need to be a customer centred individual and will be responsible for handling emails, LiveChat and all customer queries.

You must be able to read plans.

Job description

Daily management of the showroom
Handling the website, email and telephone enquiries
Representing the most desired surface brand on the market
Welcoming and helping customers and visitors to the showroom

Offering design centered advise to customers with designs and colour choices
Daily operating LiveChat
Warranty registration and claims follow up
Hand-holding online business leads to teh point of sale
Reporting
Sample and marketing stock-take management
Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, PR and/or interior design
Customer service, PR or marketing experience essential
Fast typist
Microsoft office / Computer Literate
Ability to read plans and drawings
R15K - R18K CTC
