Purpose of the Role
Provide excellent client service through consultation with clients, gathering and capturing of information, deposit- taking transactions, new client take on procedures and loan approvals. Sell Capitec products and services and assist with promotional activities.

Qualifications
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or 3 year qualification in Commerce/Finance

Experience

2 to 3 years retail experience


Knowledge and skills
Passion for client service and excellent communication skills
Accuracy with numbers


Additional Requirements
Working hours: Shift work (Saturdays and Sundays)
Clear Criminal and Credit Record
