Vacancy Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Knowledge of Omni/SYSPRO System (Advantageous)
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette

Following Instructions and Procedures
Must be available immediately
Must live in Centurion or surrounding areas
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls
Protect and uphold good company reputation
Focus on customer satisfaction
Adapt to different customer characters and personalities
Responsible for all daily transactions
Manage the trip sheets on daily basis
Allocating spares to jobs/invoicing on OMNI Accounts
Liaise with Warehouse and different stores
Experience:
2 years of experience in Customer Service
