Vehicle Service & Repair Centre Seeking Service Advisor

We are an after-market vehicle service and repair centre based in Durban North, who pride ourselves on quality and service. The business is in an exciting expansion phase and we are looking for a professional person who is reliable and has a good work ethic to grow with us.

Are you a Customer Services Wizard who knows how to delight customers with exceptional customer experience?

If you answer YES to all of the following attributes, then we want you and you want this position

You shoot for 100% attendance and always on time
Your telephone etiquette and energy make people feel warm and welcome
When you communicate with people; they like you and trust you and hardly ever miss understand what you are trying to say
You are able to plan and organize your day and everyone else’s so that things run efficiently and smoothly and if things do go wrong you know how to iron things out quickly and professionally
You are able to work under pressure and keep calm even when everyone around you isn’t
You know the basics of Microsoft’s Word and Excel and can send and reply to emails in a professional manner.

You are a fast learner and willing to learn new computer programs such as vehicle booking; quoting and invoicing systems
You are able to connect with people and enjoy being able to close the deal. Experience in sales will be an advantage
Experience in the motor industry is preferable but not a requirement if the person is a fast learner
You have your own transport and are willing to put in extra hours when the job requires it
You're fit and healthy; a non-smoker who preferably doesn’t drink
Salary: Negotiable
