Our client that specialises in the Food Industry is seeking a Customer Care Administrator, within their Durban branch, to manage the customer care department, customer complaint and administrative duties within the department.
Key Responsibilities will Include:
Manage Factory Shop customer database
Accurate record keeping and filing of all Customer related correspondence
Providing feedback to relevant persons with regards to complaints recorded
Coordinating returns/replacements
Assist with Factory Shop sales and customers
Factory Shop, Foodservice, Patisserie and Restaurant Chain customer complaints handling as per company policy.
Compile statistical reports for all customer complaints and compliments received
Assist with on-line communication and social media activities
General clerical duties as required
Requirements:
Grade 12
Diploma/degree - must have English as a major or subject
2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment/customer service driven environment
Computer literacy
Good Telephone skills
