A Food/Confectionery Manufacturing company is looking for a skilled Customer Care Administrator for their offices in the Durban North Area
Responsibilities
Manage and update the Factory Shop customer database
Maintain accurate records and filing (paper and electronic) of all Customer related correspondence
Provide feedback to relevant persons with regards to Customer Complaints recorded on the CPAR/WOTS system
Effective and comprehensive feedback to Customers on complaints – Both in writing as well as telephonic and other follow ups as may be required
Ensure timeous and accurate response to all complaints and escalate where appropriate
Ensure that ALL Factory Shop, Foodservice, Store and Restaurant Chain customer Complaints are handled effectively and appropriately as per company policy
Coordinating of product returns and related product replacements
Assist with Sales and Customers in the companies Factory Shop
Compile statistical reports for all customer complaints and compliments received
Generate reports as may be required from the various activities related to Customer service, compliments and complaints
General clerical duties as required within the department
Requirements
Grade 12
MUST have excellent Business English writing skills
Any related Tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree) which includes English as a major subject
At least 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment combined with customer service, or in a similar role with Customer Service interaction
Good communication skills – Verbal (Telephonic and Face to Face), Written and Social
Passionate about People and Customer Service
Ability to remain calm when dealing with angry customers
Able to communicate with people at all levels
Good overall Computer literacy, MS Office is essential
Previous Social Media exposure would be beneficial
