RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 Capturing and processing of daily correspondence and discrepancy reports
 Handling of daily telephonic queries
 Provide training and assistance to subordinates
 Reconciliation of premiums
 Reply to correspondence received from policy holders, institutions, representatives and life offices
 Requesting of refunds to policy holders and institutions
 Provide and update monthly statistics and submit to the supervisor
 Maintain policies on a daily basis


Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
 Grade 12
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
 2 - 3 Years relevant working experience in insurance
 Supervisory experience
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
 Accurate mathematical skills application
 Computer literacy including the ability to compile Excel spreadsheets
 Client service orientated
 Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
 Ability to fit in and function in a team
 Ability to work under pressure and still be effective
 Effective planning and time management skills
 Deadline driven
 Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and telephonically)
