RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 Capturing and processing of daily correspondence and discrepancy reports
 Reconciliation of premiums received
 Maintain policies on a daily basis
 Cancellation of stop Order payments methods
 Lodgments of Stop Order payment methods
 Handle daily telephonic queries received from policy holders, life offices and institutions
 Provide supervisor with daily/weekly/monthly statistics


Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
 Grade 12

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
 1 - 2 Years relevant working experience in insurance

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
 Ability to compile reconciliations
 Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
 Ability to function in a team
 Ability to work effectively under pressure
 Deadline driven
 Computer literacy including the ability to compile Excel spreadsheets
 Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and telephonically)
 Effective planning and time management skills
