Sales Representative - Plattekloof

We are a dynamic and fast growing IT company based in Plattekloof, looking for a results-driven sales representative with the ability to generate leads and meet with customers in a sales environment to promote products and the company.Key Performance Areas: - Generate sales from direct selling- Generate sales from referrals- Create, nurture and respond to sales opportunities and close sales orders - Identify clients’ markets and design a sales strategy to fit each clients’ requirements, while advising clients on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.- Resolve client queries by following business procedure and keeping client informed- Achieve targets and KPI's by following business sales strategy.- Ensure all client details are correct by capturing details correctly at application stage.- Provide sales & forecasts reports- Understanding of sales processes and daily/weekly progression towards a sales target


Requirements: Education/qualification: - Matric/grade 12 - Qualifications in Sales and Marketing (added advantage) Skills and Competencies: - Strong sales ability- Negotiation skills- Telephone etiquette- Logical thinker and problem-solving, resolving disputes from clients quickly and efficiently- Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business- Good writing skills- High level of values, integrity and ethics - Computer Literate Experience: - 2 years experience in Sales (Telecoms and Office Automation experience is an advantage)- Experience with Sales CRM (advantage)Other Requirements: - Valid Drivers License- Clear Criminal Record- SA Citizen- Own Vehicle Salary: R10 000 - R15 000 Basic + Commission Email detailed cv to cv@othostelecom.co.za and include a motivation profile highlighting your skill, highest achievement and a short message telling us why we should consider you for this job.
