SALES REPRESENTATIVE - CAPE TOWN OFFICE-

REEFER CARGO
We are seeking to attract Talented Sales Representatives for our Branch in Cape Town - South Africa, in order to support our growth strategy. you will be working in our South Africa Branch , reporting to the Regional and Country Managers and working closely with a young and committed team. Your primary goal will be to increase Company's sales record and search for new Customers and business opportunities across your office geographic market range.
Main Duties Include :

Identify and develop business opportunities across the offcie geographic market range : improve company's sales record by increasing brand awareness and customer relationship management :

parcticipate in negotiation arrangements with a network of customers and partners in order to ensure best - in - class service delivery

Follow up from start to end of the execution and accomplishment of service delivery.

Time commitments for this position will involve approximately:

-50% connecting and negotiation with a network of Customers , Agents and Partners:

-25% designing the service proposal conditions ensuring a value for money proposal "

-10% reportig sales KPI's , providing support to billing issues and documneting sales and operations key data:

-10% networking with Transitex colleagues of different markets and offices in order to to gaurantee service delivery alignment :

-5% learning and benchmarking market and competitors conditions and rates , as well as best practice exchange.

University Degree in Management preffered :

-Up to 3Years experience as a Sales Repesentative in Reefer Cargo area:

-Fluent in English. Spanish and additional languages an advantage :

-Overall fit with Transitex's Culture and Operating Principles:

-Solid market's know-how and network skills:

-Strong adaptability skills and capacity to work in a fast pace industry:

-Available for Travelling .
