Sales Manager Satellite - Midrand
To ensure the smooth running of the Satellite Operation by compiling and implementing sales, marketing and promotional plans.
Positively manage performance of all agents and perm employee, as to meet and exceed sales targets, thereby ensuring growth and service delivery according to Bayport Financial Services business and operational strategy.
Manage the relationship between the company and agents.
COMPETENCIES:
Achieve /Exceed sales targets on Primary and Ancillary Products as per monthly distribution schedule.
Ensure that you achieve the set weighting on the sales product mix.
Ensure that targets are fairly distributed to agents.
Ensure that the satellite branch meets the set standards of disbursed deals or value per agent per month.
Ensure that a minimum set standard of a number of active agents on payroll is met in the satellite branch.
Implement retention strategies, i.e. training agents, recognition etc.
Set clear expectations, communicate and review weekly/ monthly targets and required outcomes of all satellite agents.
Drive the company strategy towards customer acquisition and retention.
Drive sales mix in line with company strategy in respect off agent ratio.
Carry out a competitor research to keep up to date with competitor activities and possible opportunities.
Requirements
EDUCATION
Matric and / or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4)
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
Qualification in sales / marketing or management (certificate/ diploma) or 1 year sales experience
