Missions and Responsibilities
Drive day to day sales for both ALPTY IM and HG (integrated team) in line with the strategic sales plan and ensure targeted sales, growth and GPM’S for the area are met
Manage key accounts and distributors in the area.
Competencies and Profile
Minimum Matric Certificate.
Sales and Marketing or Engineering Degree/Diploma
3 years minimum sales experience in the gas/welding/engineering/fabrication or related industry
Valid driver's license for South Africa
Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel),Google platform and or SAP
Additional information
Achieve individual sales targets
Service existing accounts
Increase customer base/ market share, gaining new customers
Monitor sales per customer
Monitor and report on competitors’ activities
Assist in preparation of sales target
Compile reports when requested
Control and audit company assets in your area
Report near miss incidents
Adhere and promote company’s Quality Standards and Procedures
Perform any other reasonable task that may be required or requested in order to achieve the objectives and purpose
of the position
