Retail Branch Manager

Retail branch manager wanted for National Group in Witbank that has a minimum of 7 years’ management and retail experience.

Job duties & responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Lead and manage staff
Managing customer service
Managing communication in the workplace
Maintaining stock control
Managing sales performance levels against branch budget
Managing all financial and operational aspects of the branch
Manage health, safety and security aspects of the branch
Manage merchandise and store presentation

Minimum Requirements:
Matric

Minimum of 7 years’ management experience
Business entrepreneurial skills and experience
Sales management experience
Management and leadership skills, strong planning and organisational skills
Have analytical ability and merchant mentality
Own car and valid driver’s license
Be able to motivate staff
Bilingual
Computer literate

Market related salary + Benefits (50% Medical Aid & Provident fund)
